Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO), jointly with the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan Region, held a working meeting dedicated to supporting domestic producers and promoting local content development within the Karachaganak project.
The meeting aimed to enhance cooperation between KPO and Kazakhstani enterprises and to showcase opportunities for production localization. An exhibition was organized during the event, where local companies presented their products, solutions, and developments.
Additionally, a delegation from KPO, headed by General Director Marco Marsili, visited key enterprises in the region, including WEST OIL Engineering Company LLP, to assess production capacities and potential for future collaboration.
Following the meeting, WEST OIL secured a contract with KPO to implement comprehensive solutions, marking a significant step toward strengthening the company’s position in large-scale projects within the oil and gas sector and expanding local participation in the regional economy.
WEST OIL continues to actively enhance its competencies in engineering and mechanical engineering, striving for sustainable partnerships with key industry players.
