Gas chromatographs
Gas chromatographs — are devices designed to analyze the component composition of natural gas and other gas mixtures. They are a key element in commercial and technological accounting systems.

Main functions:
- Determination of methane, ethane, propane, CO₂, N₂ and other components
- Calculation of physical and chemical characteristics of gas: density, calorific value and Wobbe index
- Data transfer to the GFMS, GCCAU and APCS
- Automatic calibration and diagnostics of equipment condition
Structure of the chromatographic complex:
- Gas chromatograph (analyzer)
- Sample preparation unit (reduction, filtration and thermostatting)
- Calibration gas mixtures
- Controller and automation cabinet
- Operator panel / SCADA system
Application:
- At gas metering and gas distribution stations
- As part of the GCCAU and the GFMS
- At gas production and transportation facilities
- For laboratory and online quality control of raw materials
Gas chromatographs provide accurate and reliable real-time analysis of gas composition, which is essential for calculations, compliance with contractual conditions and optimization of technological processes.
