Gas component composition analysis unit
Gas component composition analysis unit GCCAU — is an automated module designed for continuous determination of the component composition of natural gas and calculation of its physical and chemical characteristics for accurate accounting and quality control.

Main functions of the GCCAU:
- Measurement of gas component content (CH₄, C₂H₆, CO₂, N₂, etc.)
- Determination of calorific value, relative density, Wobbe index
- Transfer of data to the commercial and technological accounting system
- Interaction with the GFMS and the APCS
Structure of the GCCAU:
- Gas chromatograph (online)
- Sample preparation unit (filtration, pressure reduction and thermostatting)
- Sampling system
- Industrial controller and control unit
- Operator panel (HMI) or SCADA
- Automation cabinet
Application:
- Gas distribution and gas metering stations
- Gas processing and transportation facilities
- Commercial and technological gas metering
- Raw material quality monitoring systems
The GCCAU allows obtaining accurate and prompt data on the composition of the gas, which is critical for calculations, safety, optimization of technological processes and compliance with contractual obligations.
